Potential effectiveness seen
I sought something to help my daughter, who was diagnosed with orthostatic intolerance and delayed sleep phase syndrome. Acetyl-L-carnitine appeared effective for sleep disorders, so we started taking it. Alongside other supplements, I’m not sure which is most effective, but she now manages to wake up around 7 am.
